A message to Plural.

Plural, this is something that needs to be addressed right away, and is concerning me. Other 2006 remakes are way more of a competition because of there realism, and amount of things that will be 100% complete. I think this server would be more enjoyable, if it was a COMPLETE remake. Meaning no free teleports, (Have to have the magic level, and runes to teleport places.) A normal xp rate, and have things that were in runescape in the year 2006 like a tutorial island, and events. (hopefully can be added.) Also, fully coded citys, where you can open every door. talk to everyone, etc. So plural this isn't ment to put a burden on your shoulders, I know your busy, but this will help the server alot. so please here me out, its probably for the best of the server.
