Mining / Pickaxe bug. Mining10
This bug happens when you use an Adamant pickaxe, it shows the animation as a Mithril pick axe while mining.

Don't forget throwing axes! When you attack with bronze thrown axes, the animation shows you throwing an iron axe. =P
