Lost my B sale!

this is to any mods or admins that can help. i lost my B sale in the draynor bank to Iris. i had an Easter egg which she says that i dont but it didnt pop up in the trade. i showed her the stuff and she declined, then i declined and clicked on my zammy plateskirt and my whole inventory dissapeared. here is most of what i lost:
1)dragon med helm
2)dragon long sword
3)dragon spear (p)
4)dragon dagger (p++)
5)zammy kiteshield
6)red easter egg with gold stripes
7)purple and blue ele blouses
8)240 law runes
9)100 soul runes
10)black ele shirt
11)yellow flowers
12)rune boots
13)blue d'hide top (t)
14)blue d'hide chaps (t)
15)wizzy top (t)
16)black helm (t)
17)magic longbow
18)half of dragon shield (left)
19)22 mith ore
20) zammy dhide top
21) 23 Green d'hides
22) My zammy plateskirt stayed
and i remember i had 4 slots left and your inventory holds 28 so i am forgetting the last 2 things. i will either take all of the items or i will take what they are worth in money. thank you very much
